TCL has a higher degree of automation (Shell O Matic robotic shelling system, manipulator in melting etc.), comparable to investment casting foundries in Europe.
TCL is an ISO 9001/2000, ISO-14000 & OHSAS 18001 Company certified by TUV Nord. We are also approved for certifications like ISO-TS-16949 and hope to get certificate by next month.
TCL has its own CNC machining facility with state of the art CNC Machine form Mazak, Japan with this and other facilities like Electro Polishing, Electroplating etc, we are in a position to supply fully machined components and sub assemblies in small, medium and large batches.
The specifications handled by us are carbon steel, low alloy steel, stainless steel, cast iron and ductile iron.
